VR Oktoberfest Parade Virtual Reality 360 app for iPhone and iPad

The Oktoberfest celebrations start with the big parade of the tent proprietors and the Munich breweries.
Around 1000 people take part in the parade, which is headed by the Münchner Kindl, the Munich city mascot,
followed by the horse cart with the mayor of Munich.
After them, tent proprietors, breweries and carnies follow in their wagons.

This is a real 360 degree video filmed right at the entrance of the Oktoberfest where all the big tent owners and breweries are passing by.
See the horse carts decorated with flowers, beer tent waitresses with big beer mugs, the big brass bands from the beer tents and the
impressive beer wagons with garlands and big wooden barrels.

After the parade at exactly 12:00 clock the lord mayor opens the first beer barrel in the Schottenhammel tent.
With the initial pass and the exclamation "Ozapft is!" the Oktoberfest is declared as opened. Twelve gunshots are then fired on the stairway of Ruhmeshalle. This is the signal for the other restaurateurs to start with the serving of beer.

How to use the App:
Start the app and slip your iPhone into the VR headset (ie. Cardboard) and put it on your head. The App then uses the myriad of sensors already available on the iPhone to replicate your head movements, allowing you to look around the virtual environment.
Of course, being made from Cardboard, the Google Cardboard isn’t the most comfortable headset to wear, especially over long periods of time. It’s a good starting point for mobile VR users, but if you find yourself still wanting to use VR after the initial novelty has worn off, it may be worth investing in a slightly more expensive, but more comfortable option, like the ones we’ve listed below.
